Presentation credentials
筆頭発表者は，文化看護学会会員に限ります．学会員でない方は，学会ホームページ（http://scns.kenkyuukai.jp/）に掲載されている入会手続きにそって，手続きを済ませてください．学術集会前日までに入会手続きが完了（入会金と年会費を納入）していない場合には，発表できなくなりますので，早めに手続きを済ませてください．なお，筆頭発表者として，複数の演題を申し込みできます．
The lead presenters are limited to members of the Society of Cultural Nursing Studies. If you are a non-member, please go to the society's home page (http://scns.kenkyuukai.jp/) and complete the application procedure for membership. If the application is not submitted by one day prior to the opening of the conference (including receipt of membership fee and annual dues), the presentation will not be accepted. Please complete the procedures as soon as practical. Also, as a lead presenter, you may apply to make multiple presentations.

Presentation format
発表は，示説（ポスター）形式のみとなります．ポスターを掲示して発表し，座長の指示にしたがい質疑応答に応じてください．発表言語は，日本語と英語です．
The presentation format will be by poster only. The presentation is displayed on a poster. Please conform to the question and answer method in accordance with the session chair’s instructions. The presentation languages will be Japanese and English.
ベストポスター賞の授与
Awarding of Best Poster prize
演題査読委員会の審査にもとづき，演題の中から優秀なものを会長が選出し，ベストポスター賞として開会式において表彰いたします．
Based on the presentation monitoring committee, the most outstanding presentation will be awarded by the chairperson. At the closing ceremony a Best Poster prize will be awarded.
抄録作成要領
Abstract submission guidelines
日本語の場合，演題名は全角60文字以内，本文は全角1,200文字以内として記述してください．英語の場合は，演題名は半角27ワーズ以内，本文は半角550ワーズ以内として記述してください．
本文は，原則として，目的，方法，結果，考察，文献，利益相反の開示などの項目を立てて記述してください．図表は，含めることができません．研究倫理審査を受けた場合は，その委員会名と承認番号を明記してください．研究の計画段階にある抄録も受理しますが，学術集会当日までに結果が出ることを前提としてください．
利益相反は，公的研究で必要とされる公正かつ適正な判断が損なわれる，または損なわれるのではないかと第三者から懸念が表明されかねない事態であり，経済的な利益関係だけに限りません．利益相反状態がない場合は，“本研究における利益相反は存在しない．”と記述してください．
なお，日本語の句読点の統一，英語のミススペルなどの校正は，学術集会が行います．
In Japanese, the title should be within 60 two-byte (“zenkaku”) characters, and the main text a maximum of 1,200 two-byte characters. In English, the title should be a maximum of 27 words, and the main text a maximum of 550 words.
The main text, in principle, should include purpose, method, results, discussion, references, conflicts of interest, and so on. Diagrams and tables cannot be included. In cases where the research underwent ethical review, please note the name of the review board and approval number. Abstracts that are still at the planning stage can be accepted, but please assume that results will have been completed by the day the conference begins.
Conflicts of interest touch upon concerns that a study might lack the fairness and appropriateness required for public research, as raised by a third party, and are not limited solely to financial circumstances. When no conflicts of interest have been determined, please include wording to the effect that " We/I declare no potential conflict of interest relevant to this research."
The organizers will be responsible for standardizing Japanese punctuation and correction of typographical errors in English.
演題登録
Registration of presentations
演題募集期間は，2019年11月18日（月）～2020年4月3日（金）2020年6月1日（月）までです．下記のウェブサイトにおいて演題登録を行ってください．
演題登録にあたって，文化看護学会の3桁の会員番号が必要になります．会員番号が1桁や2桁の場合は，番号の前に0を埋めて3桁になるようにしてください．入会申し込み中の場合は999，日本以外から演題登録する場合は000にしてください．
なお，所属機関名は，研究遂行当時にその遂行を可能にした所属機関名です．
- 最初に，登録開始画面において，電子メールアドレスを登録してください．その後，入力画面のURLを案内する電子メールが届きます．電子メールが届かない場合は，迷惑メールに振り分けられていないかをご確認ください．
- 演題登録完了のときに，受付番号が発行されます．受付番号とパスワードは，登録者の責任で管理してください．
- 演題募集期間中であれば，演題の確認や修正を繰り返すことができます．“確認／修正”ボタンから，受付番号とパスワードを使って，確認／修正画面にアクセスしてください．なお，演題募集期間を過ぎると，この画面にアクセスできなくなります．
- 抄録を受理後，原則として7日間以内に査読結果を電子メールで個別に通知いたします．査読結果を受理した後は，演題の修正を行わないでください．

The period of registrations will be from November 18, 2019 (Monday) to April 3, 2020 (Friday) June 1, 2020 (Monday). Please register the presentation at the web site indicated below.
To register, a 3-digit membership number in the Society of Cultural Nursing Studies is required. If a member’s number is a single digit or two digits, please precede the number by one or two zeros in order to make three numbers. If your application for membership is still pending, please enter 999. If you are registering from outside Japan, please enter 000.
Also, the name of your affiliated institution should be that which you had at the time your research was conducted, and should not reflect any changes in your status that followed.
- First, from the Registration Startup screen, enter your email address. Then you will receive an email from us with the URL giving instructions for screen input. If you do not receive an email by return, please verify that it has not gone to your junk mail folder by mistake.
- After you have completed registration of the abstract, it will be assigned a reception number. It is the responsibility of those submitting to keep a record of their reception number and password.
- Within the period of presentation submissions, the confirmation and any revisions may be made. This can be done by clicking on the “Change/modify existing registration,” followed by entering your reception number and password, which will give you access to the Confirmation/Modification screen. After the period for submissions ends, access to the screen will halt, and no further changes will be possible.
- After the abstract has been received, you will be informed separately of the results of the review via email within 7 days. Please do not make any further revisions to your presentation following the review.

演題の採否
Acceptance/rejection of presentation
演題の採否は，会長が委嘱する演題査読委員会に諮り，会長が決定いたします．抄録を受理後，その都度，原則として7日間以内に査読結果を電子メールで個別に通知いたします．査読基準は，人および動物を対象とした研究において，適切な倫理的配慮が明記されていることのみです．抄録の内容は，すべて著者の自己責任であることをご承知ください．
なお，採択演題のページにおいて，採択された登録番号一覧を掲載いたします．
The acceptance or rejection of submissions will be determined by the presentation review committee functioning under the chairperson, and determined by the chairperson. Acceptance of a presentation will, in principle, be made to the person submitting via email within seven days of completion of the submissions. The standards for review will be concerned solely that the research clearly indicates that ethical considerations were applied toward humans and animals. Please understand that the contents of the summary are entirely the responsibility of the author(s).
On April 20, 2020 (Monday), the Selected presentations page on the site will post the registration numbers of the submitted presentations that have been successfully selected.
