Fees for attendance and the get-together are shown below. For the get-together, we have made arrangements for a special plan by which participants will be able to savor the kind of whole-hearted hospitality that only a city such as Kyoto can offer: a banquet of exquisite Kaiseki-style dishes at the Shinsenen Heihachi Japanese restaurant. Beer, Japanese rice wine and soft drinks will be served on an all-you-can-drink basis. We also plan performances by traditional Japanese entertainers. Transportation to Shinsenen Heihachi (a 15-minute ride) will be provided by chartered bus. Following the get-together the bus will transport participants to Kyoto rail station. Shinsenen Heihachi is located on the south side of Nijo Castle within the Shinsenen garden, the city's oldest and most famous garden. For more details, please visit https://heihachi-web.com/en/
