重要なお知らせ（文化看護学会第12回学術集会）

バーチャル型開催についてのお知らせ

新型コロナウイルス感染症により亡くなられた方々，ご遺族の方々にお悔み申し上げるとともに，被患されている方々に心よりお見舞い申し上げます．また，世界中のひとびとの生命と健康と生活などを守るために，さまざまな場面で支援に取り組んでおられる看護職者ならびに関係者の方々に敬意を表しますとともに，心より感謝申し上げます．

文化看護学会第12回学術集会は，実に多くのご支援を受けて，慎重に準備を進めて参りました．すでに演題登録と参加登録が始まっており，学術交流の機会を提供することは，私たち主催者の重要な役割のひとつであると考えております．そこで，新型コロナウイルス感染症の状況を踏まえ，ご参加の皆様の看護活動と学術活動を支援するために，従来の集合型開催を中止し，バーチャル型開催とすることにいたします．今後はインターネット配信がますます普及することが予測され，新型コロナウイルス感染症収束後，バーチャル型開催は新しい学術集会の形と考えられます．

演題募集の期間は2020年6月1日（月）まで，事前参加登録の期間は2020年6月15日（月）まで延長いたします．そして，同期型（同時双方向型）と非同期型（オンデマンド型）での開催となります．同期型は予定どおりの2020年7月12日（日）に開催いたします．非同期型（オンデマンド型）は，2020年7月12日（日）から2020年8月1日（土）に開催いたします．なお，これらの日時や期間は，Transcultural Nursing Society Conference in Japan 2020と同一に設定しております．

Important Notice（12th Annual Meeting of The Society of Cultural Nursing Studies）

Announcement of Holding of Virtual-type Conference

We would like to extend our deepest condolences to those who have lost dear ones due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. At the same time, we wish those who have become infected a speedy recovery. To those on the front lines of safeguarding the lives and health of people around the world, you have our deepest respect and gratitude.

With the support of so many individuals, we have devoted great efforts to preparing for the holding of 12th Annual Meeting of the Society of Cultural Nursing Studies. We have already begun registration of presentations, and along with the opportunity for academic exchanges we, the organizers, believe these will play an important role. Due, however, to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to support nursing and academic activities, it has been decided that the traditional method of holding a conference will be suspended in favor of a virtual type conference. With the wide dissemination of internet streaming, it may very well be that after the current pandemic subsides, virtual conferencing might become the desired model.

The deadline for submission of presentations has been extended to Monday, June 1, 2020, and pre-registration has been extended to Monday, June 15, 2020. The conference will be held in two formats: real-time bidirectional simulcast transmission and via on-demand transmission. The former will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2020 as scheduled. The on-demand transmission will be held from Sunday, July 12, 2020 until Saturday, August 1, 2020. The aforementioned dates were set to coincide with the 12th Annual Meeting of the Society of Cultural Nursing Studies.

We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience to all those involved, and pledge to do our utmost in working to ensure everyone's satisfaction under these trying circumstances. We humbly request your understanding and support, and look forward to your participation in the upcoming events.
